When People Progress, We Progress

Creating enduring value through empowered people, resilient communities, responsible governance, and inclusive enterprise.

Advancing Inclusive
Social Transformation

We create meaningful impact by empowering people, strengthening communities, and expanding opportunities. Our initiatives address critical needs across livelihoods, healthcare, education, and climate resilience.

Over the past 30+ years, Re has grown from a single conviction into India's largest waste management and resource recovery enterprise. Today, 20,000+ people process over 10 million tonnes of waste annually across 100+ facilities in 17 states, closing the loop on India's circular economy. Our impact reaches far beyond operations, touching over 8.2 lakh lives through work in education, healthcare, livelihoods, and climate resilience, backed by 3.67 lakh training hours invested in building safer, stronger communities. It's all in pursuit of one vision: where sustainable growth and environmental responsibility move as one. Three decades in, and we're only getting started.

Futures Strengthened Through Education, Skills & Empowerment

  • Every school we rebuild, every scholarship we fund, every skill we teach is a door held open for someone who might otherwise have found it closed

  • From medical camps in remote villages to rebuilt primary health centres, Re gave these lives a little more hope and a lot more health

  • Livelihoods Touched Every livelihood we build rewrites a story of struggle into one of self-reliance

  • Behind every water tank, every toilet, every clean tap is a community that no longer has to compromise on dignity

Foundation for
Resilience Actions

Not a CSR initiative. Not an NGO. Resilience Actions is Re’s dedicated social impact platform, working to strengthen the resilience of communities exposed to climate change, environmental degradation, and disaster risk through livelihood support, water security, health, and education across 16 states and Union Territories.

Trust, Verified
Not Self-Declared

Verified ESG leadership across ratings, assurance, governance, and awards.

Trust

Every ESG decision at Re passes through the Board, not as a formality, but as a working discipline that shapes how targets are set, progress is measured, and course corrections happen when we fall short.

Transparency

When emissions rose, Re reported it alongside everything else. Owning the setbacks is what makes the improvements credible.

Accountability

Re narrowed its focus to 21 material topics, the issues with the greatest impact on our business and our stakeholders, so effort goes where it counts, not where it's easiest to report.

Performance

Re tracks emissions, energy, water, safety, and people consistently, turning raw data into decisions that move us closer to where we need to be.
