Objective
This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates who are interested in social and environmental impact program implementation including environmental sustainability, water and natural resource management, climate resilience, community-focused development initiatives, skill building initiatives etc. The selected candidate will work closely with the Implementation Program Lead, project teams, and implementation partners to support planning, field execution, monitoring,
documentation, and learning activities across project locations.
Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation:
o Support the Implementation Programme Lead and project partners in planning, implementing, and impact reporting of select initiatives.
o Assist with site-level activities, preparation of high-level Detailed Project Reports, on site implementation coordination, and basic monitoring of implemented
interventions.
o Support the collection, documentation, and analysis of field evidence on the performance of technical interventions and help identify areas for course correction
where required.
o Provide field and remote technical support to implementation partners, including assistance with site selection, technical designs, technical notes, estimates, scoping studies, and need assessment reports, under the guidance of the Implementation Programme Lead.
o Support field surveys and participatory mapping exercises, including preparation, data collection, documentation, and coordination with community stakeholders.
o Collecting and analysing all the technical information from primary and secondary sources needed for implementing and sustaining the interventions.
o Ensuring all implementation activities are in line with the organisation’s quality standards.
o Supporting technical presentations in related aspects at district/ state/ regional platforms.
o Supporting all the donor report and internal reporting requirements.
o Support team in organising events for learning dissemination at the State and District level.
Other responsibilities:
Support in preparing regular project updates and donor reports.
o Facilitate project related assessment, monitoring/quality assurance, donor visits, audit visits.
o Identify and establish rapport with other experts who can add value to efforts with regard to various implementation themes.
o Undertake any other activity/work as directed by implementation program lead looking at larger program commitments in the Section 8 company.
o Support in proposal and report writing.
o Support in communication, knowledge sharing and capacity building efforts.
o Data input and review of MIS for timeliness and correctness of all implementation projects related outcomes.
•Administrative:
o Ensure deliverables committed under planned interventions.
o Follow the processes and procedures of the organisation.
