Role Purpose
Lead the commercial growth and business planning of the Mechanical Recycling Business under CMP-515 (Circular Margin Program) by integrating Sales, Production Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Plant Operations to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability.
Business Objectives
- Support successful implementation of CMP-515 Turnaround Program.
- Drive business growth from ₹ 1 Crore to 4 Crores/month.
- Plan and coordinate resources to achieve 500 MT/month saleable production and sales.
- Enable the business to consistently deliver 15% Positive EBITDA.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through customer acquisition, market expansion, and improved price realization.
- Prepare Annual, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily production and sales plans aligned with customer demand, plant capacity, and raw material availability.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, QA, Finance, and Plant teams to ensure timely execution of business plans.
- Monitor business performance through key metrics such as Revenue, Sales, Production Plan vs. Actual, Inventory, Manufacturing Cost, Customer Service, and EBITDA, and proactively identify gaps requiring corrective actions.
- Track operational indicators including Production, OEE, Yield, and Capacity Utilization to support business planning and profitability, while working with the Plant team to achieve targeted performance.
- Develop weekly MIS and business performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to management for faster decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, improved planning, higher asset utilization, and enhanced profitability.
- Support new product development, customer approvals, and commercialization in collaboration with QA & NPD.

- Saleable Sales: 500 MT/month

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Polymer / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or MBA (Operations/Marketing).
- 2–3 years of experience in Plastic Recycling, Polymer Processing, Packaging, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Business Development, or Commercial functions is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/SAP, Excel, MIS, and Production Planning will be an added advantage.
