Qualification and Experience:
MTech / BTech / MSc Environment / MBA with a Minimum of 4-5Years’ experience in Environmental field
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Management for Projects/Plants
- Identify New Lands for Projects/Plants
- Site Sitting Criteria for Projects/Plants
- Filling of Statutory Licenses
- Site visits
- Track Industry Trends i.e., Waste Generation and Disposal
- Having understanding of Environmental Rules, Guidelines etc is desirable
- Acquainted with functionality of Google earth, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Stakeholder Management
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Expertise in Indian legal frameworks, including CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act, and relevant commercial laws.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
