Objective
To lead and manage end-to-end ELV recycling plant operations at Jhajjar, ensuring achievement of business targets, profitability (P&L), regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and advancement of sustainable circular-economy practices.

Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering ,Postgraduate qualification in Operations / Supply Chain / Business Management (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Own overall P&L responsibility, achieving revenue, direct/indirect cost targets and EBITDA as per the approved business plan
Define, monitor, and drive KPIs for ELV dismantling and recycling operations, ensuring performance improvement and corrective actions
Lead plant operations to optimize dismantling efficiency, recycling workflows, quality control, and material recovery rates
Ensure full compliance with RVSF norms, environmental regulations, safety standards, and data management requirements
Drive adoption of sustainable practices and circular-economy initiatives, including innovative recycling technologies
Collaborate with sourcing, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure seamless ELV inflow and processing
Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency initiatives
Lead, mentor, and build high-performance teams while managing ambiguity and change
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and operational risks to support strategic decision-making
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in RVSF / ELV recycling / Manufacturing plant operations
- Strong exposure to ELV processes, circular economy practices, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in plant operations management, budgeting, P&L ownership, and cost optimization
- Experience in quality control, data analysis, market analysis, and operational reporting
- Demonstrated leadership in building and managing large, cross-functional plant teams
Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- Postgraduate qualification in Operations / Supply Chain / Business Management (preferred)
