To manage and oversee operations at the Industrial Waste Management (IWM) Project at Dibrugarh, ensuring achievement of operational KPIs, strict safety compliance, adherence to statutory regulations, and continuous improvement in waste management services.

Qualification
B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Achieve budgeted operational targets and defined KPIs for the project
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and drive timely closure of identified safety actions
Assist in developing, promoting, and implementing new waste disposal and treatment schemes
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation related to transportation, handling, treatment, and disposal of industrial waste
Collect, compile, and analyze operational data and statistics to optimize plant performance
Monitor quality, efficiency, and performance of waste management services
Manage contracts and performance of external service providers and vendors
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
Support Project Head and Corporate Office through regular reporting and governance

Qualification & Experience
